SHIGIYA Cylindrical Grinder Rebuild – Second Machine Now Underway

Following the completion and commissioning of the first SHIGIYA cylindrical grinder,
the client promptly scheduled the second grinder for on-site maintenance.

The workflow is tightly connected:
Disassembly → Casting Grinding → Scraping & Geometric Precision Alignment → Reassembly → Power Testing → Machining Test → Post-Delivery Functional Test

Our masters are fully engaged, sharpening their skills and applying their expertise to ensure each step proceeds smoothly.
