Installed the CNC Rotary table of GSA+:CNC320R(Worm Gear Series)

In addition to repairing machine tools, scraping and assembly, we also have the Taiwan general distribution rights to GSA+.

This time we installed the CNC Rotary table of GSA+-CNC-320R (Worm Gear Series) on the milling machine for our client, and matched with FANUC servo motor and driver.

  1. That can be ensured long term indexing accuracy.
  2. And low Gear ratio design (90:1) which offer high speed feed rate can meet the current need of high-speed machine tools.
  3. Large thru hole design which allowable large work piece going thru spindle.

We use the manual tailstock of GSA+ to increase the stability and support of the workpiece, which helps to reduce the swing and jump of the workpiece during processing and allows for precise adjustment of the working position.
